Hotel Policies
- Minimum check-in age is 18.
- Check-In time is after 2PM. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
- Check-Out time is 11AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
- Children 17 and under stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding.
Currency Conversions
- All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian dollars.
- As currency exchange rates will fluctuate on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange.
- Currency exchange is available at the Front Desk.
Extra Guests
- All Room rates are single or double occupancy
- Third and fourth adults are charged $10.00 per person, per night
- Maximum four adults per room
Roll-away Beds & Cribs
- Roll-away cots available at $15.00 per night plus taxes
- Playpens available at no charge
Parking
- Hotel Guest Parking $5.00 plus G.S.T nightly. Hotel guest pass recieved upon check-in, is valid until 6pm day of departure.

Payment Policies & Deposit Information
- Individual bookings made online must guarantee the reservation, at time of booking, with a credit card. Upon check-in the front desk clerk must take a pre-authorization of entire stay room and taxes. Full payment is made upon check-out.
- A valid credit card of the guest must be presented upon check in time.
- Guests paying by cash are required upon check-in to leave a $100.00 security deposit, refundable on checkout.
- Group bookings must have 50% deposit 30 days prior to arrival date. The remainder of group payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation policy is same 4pm day of arrival.
- Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.
Miscellaneous
- Long Distance calling cards available for sale at Front Desk, in $5.00, $10.00 and $20.00 denominations, (taxes extra)
- Fax (sending): Local/1-800 $1.50 per fax, Canada $1.50 first page $0.50 each addt'l page, International $3.00 per page. Fax (recieving) no charge.
- Photocopies: $0.25 page, $0.15 per page, if over 10 pages.
