Payment Policies & Deposit Information
- Individual bookings made online must guarantee the reservation, at time of booking, with a credit card. Upon check-in the front desk clerk must take a pre-authorization of entire stay room and taxes. Full payment is made upon check-out.
- A valid credit card of the guest must be presented upon check in time.
- Guests paying by cash are required upon check-in to leave a $100.00 security deposit, refundable on checkout.
- Group bookings must have 50% deposit 30 days prior to arrival date. The remainder of group payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation policy is same day 4pm day of arrival.
- Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.
Miscellaneous
- Long Distance calling cards available for sale at Front Desk, in $5.00, $10.00 and $20.00 denominations, (taxes extra)
- Fax (sending): Local/1-800 $1.50 per fax, Canada $1.50 first page $0.50 each addt'l page, International $3.00 per page. Fax (recieving) no charge.
- Photocopies: $0.25 page, $0.15 per page, if over 10 pages.
